What are the problems you face while using the existing support tool in your product ?

There are lots of support tools available, providing live chat, raising tickets, taking feedback, step by step guides etc. What do you think is the best way to give customer support ?

I consider myself a cool programmer
In my product, I noticed how the load on technical support began to decrease when detailed video and text instructions appeared. After that, I started working out the interface of each block, in order to reduce the interface elements. The result: 20-30 requests per day turned into 1-2. Of course, it is necessary to periodically run tests to catch bugs
