If it's pre-revenue and pre-investments, then it's definitely surviving and making money alongside the startup. It's not about the money so much as it's about focus. When we talk early stages of post-investment or post-revenue then I would say building a great team is the biggest challenge because that alone can solve all of the above ๐Ÿ˜„

One of the most challenging aspects is finding the right people to give the right advice. Everybody has their own experience that has worked for them, but it will not necessarily work for early-stage startups. Every founder has a different situation, strengths, and weaknesses and you will find very few people who advise keeping the founder's situation in mind.

The biggest challenge is managing and doing all the work on your own, especially when you are a solo founder.
