I am working on a SaaS-based platform( BotPenguin). I want your suggestion on how can I promote a startup that works well and what is the best way to get feedback from customers so that I can improve my product

Hi Jerry! Here are some leads:
- List your startup on plateforms such as BetaList, BetaPage, Capterra...)
- Participate to the relevant communities (Indie Hackers, PH,
- Post regularly on social media, create a newsletter, be consistent.
For customer feedback, create an onboarding campaign and collect customer feedback via a survey.

For customer feedback, create an onboarding campaign and collect customer feedback via a survey.--- This is what I want to work on If you can refer something where I can learn the best campaign for Customer Feedback.
A few distribution channels that have worked for me:
1. Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
2. Social media (YouTube, Pinterest, Podcasts)
3. Blogs
4. Search engines (Might need a long tail keyword optimisation)
Find potential early adopters, do cold outreach (e.g. email) asking for a customer interview, get on a video conferencing call with them, do a Solution Validation Interview.
