What are the best ideas to handle burnout?

Burnout is something all of us face at one point, what do you guys do to keep it all together and endure through the hustle. Need ideas...

Take a break. Not much more to it.

To add a bit of detail, its just important to understand the trade offs. You can try and work 100 hours a week but if that means you’re going to be burned out for an entire week in a month (or even less). You’re overall going to be less productive. Quality not Quantity when it comes to work in my opinion.

I enjoy running and hiking, and find that physical activity keeps me balanced and energized at work.
