Obviously understanding your audience is crucial to effective positioning, messaging, product development, etc. What are some specific methods you use for capturing that deep understanding at different stages?

I agree with Maxwell, speaking with customers through interviews and surveys offer valuable feedback. Data analysis is also a great way to understand the customer experience and their pain points in order to better adapt to their needs. What has been a great way to understand customers from your experience?
Well for CollabClub we're in the design stage and we've been asking potential customers directly. Having calls with them in a sort of interview manner to understand whether what we're designing is on the right path
