What advise would give a Gen-Z developer who wants to build a community?

I would love to build and be part of a community to learn, share and grow as a developer. I would also love it to be the best place to bootstrap anyones startup/SaaS. Should I grow on Twitter or take advantage of the overkill TikTok algorithm? Both?

Community implies 2 way communication. It is not only about building some follower base for yourself. If you really want a community you need some 2 side communication tool like slack or discord. LinkedIn and Facebook groups could work but they are losing traction.
