Once a month is okay if your passwords are usually strong. I prefer to change the password just immediately I suspect that a possible compromise might happen. I personally think a week is overkill as that would stress me. There are many other things to worry about.

I've selected once a year. But actually.., it's more than I would like to think. I always have that auto-generated password, then I lose it, then generate a new one. So, once every few weeks but unintentionally 😅 I don't trust in Wordpress Security nor the Security of cheap hosting providers, so I never use my passwords there 😄

For wordpress's security the password is the last thing you need to worry about.
