Tools to measure your user journey?

I was wondering what kind of tools do you use to measure your user journey, in terms of when they stop using your product, finding out why they do so, getting the feedback.

@viorica_vanica yes we are using smartlook and Google analytics on QApop I haven't setup Mixpanel yet, but I plan to do so.

Smartlook Qualitative Analytics is what I would recommend. Mixpanel & Amplitude can be nice to have, but it is more to analyse current usage, it isn't that good to analyse churn.
