To SPAC or not to SPAC?

Curious about how many people would choose SPAC over IPO! Don't have a company that's going public (maybe one day haha) but if I had the option TODAY, I'd probably choose the SPAC route esp after seeing WeWork!

SPAC is a very interesting route, but it's HIGHLY unregulated, so I imagine some of the unique features of going SPAC—such as speed to the public market—will not be around for too much longer. A friend of mine, Judge, just listed his SPAC on the NASDAQ (https://velocityacq.co) if you are looking for options in the future.
