Tips for building a product roadmap?

Question

Hi, I'm launching a SaaS product that's already in motion but needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.

I'm trying to come up with the most comfortable way that will let me take a look from above at everything: product management, marketing and sales, operations, finances (not billing, developing the product's payment system) etc.

Any tool, template, or example would be welcome. Thank you!

Start with a spreadsheet. Just throw everything in there. Start high level and let the most important things float to the top.

If you find that's not enough structure, you can move up to something like Trello. That's what I'm using now. I have two boards, one public-facing one that lists high level initiatives that I'll be working on over time, and another private board that has all my actual tasks on (product development, marketing etc).
