Convincing others! It is a challenging task yet result-oriented.
@peter_agar 100% agree, you always have to fight for your opinion in all spheres of life and that's where convincing plays a big role.
Communication, being a team player, quick learner and happy to take a lead on tasks. This combination I believe is a must 💪

My three biggest would be being a good learner, being ambitious, and being respectful.
@paul_vanzandt leaning good and fast is really important, you always need to keep up with kardashians (kidding, with the world), everything is changing and developing really fast and you need to adopt your knowledge base and sometimes practical skills
