Should companies make their org charts public?

I see a company wide org chart as a good idea for employees but what are the advantages and disadvantages of making it public?

I think it's not worth disclosing your organizational points. For competitors, this will be a great luck and opportunity to create a copy of your business.

@antonovna I see your point. I am curious about theorg.com and their mission. Seems to me they think transparency is better for everyone.
