Scheduled post published at the wrong date

Hi, we're using the ship feature to schedule our launch on Wednesday, and we found out our product has just been published. Did it already happened to someone? We really don't understand what happened and the support doesn't answer... We hope they can turn it off and scheduled it back to Wednesday...
