Who else has caught @rrhoover on @lenny_rachitsky podcast (here is the link)? Some great content on how to be successful on PH (write like a human), which also translates into a valuable skill for product management (and other roles).
Another thing that really resonated with me as someone who builds PH is that the launch is a great way to rally a team. We don't speak to this enough today on the platform, but it's something I've anecdotally heard from a bunch of makers.

So many good tidbits! Could listen to him and @lenny_rachitsky chat all day. Agree with most here that Ryan's insight on the multiple benefits of launching (like team morale) was great. Was also very interesting to hear their discussion on investment vehicles and pro's and con's of funding.
