Roast my idea: Embedded FAQs

Almost every website, app, or platform needs FAQs and customer facing docs. However, the customer experience of these help docs is often sub-par. Most of the time these docs are in a separate location outside the app, contain hundreds of articles (because it needs to cover the whole app). Idea: Embedded faqs (like a intercom widget) that shows specific faqs based on URL.

I like this idea if it could connect with google docs that would be great for me personally. That is currently where I keep my FAQ.
