Coworking or coliving spaces! All the benefits from the office without all the pressure.
Usually less commute time, pressure to perform, or office politics. Meanwhile, there are still events, coffee chats, and interpersonal interactions with the same group of people on a daily basis. :)
+ get to meet loads of professionals from different industries and networking.

Home for sure
I work from home mainly, but I have a big dream to try workation.
It would be great to go to some interesting place, to change your work environment, but to keep working, and to get new emotions from beautiful scenes :)
Nothing beats working from home, in my book. The home-cooking alone is worth it... not to mention the short commute. Just gets tricky with the little ones. I first attempted to keep a "two wall minimum" between myself and the noise-makers. I've since just grown thicker skin (or have hearing loss).
@martin_demkowicz Hahaha, that made me laugh! I might change my mind as soon as I'll have children myself. But for me being within a walking distance from a café with good food beats working from home at any time! Working from home is actually more distracting for me (and maybe I'm just not that good of a cook)
@kostarados Yeah, my secret is to have an awesome wife... takes care of the good food and the kid part. :D It is a super-power, to be sure! Then again, if I had to cook for myself I'd probably be in much better shape.
