Optimal Temperature for Work environment

What’s the Ideal Temperature (Ambient) to work more effectively ? I guess it differs person to person, while in WFH at least one thing in our control is the AC remote :P

Hi, thanks for sharing the Ideal Temperature (Ambient) to work more effectively. I have recently bought a new office and I don't want my employees to feel hot or cold. That is why I am searching for it online and I am glad I have found your post. I also found https://thumbwind.com/2022/03/22... website in which I found about environmental problems in Michigan.

Now, this is a question haha. For me around 20-22 C, comfortable enough to wear a shirt and not get cold or hot.

24-25 C, with no fan or blower directed on the head. White lights and bright approx. 4000-5000 lumens If one can sit in office without sweat or muffler that's the best thing to have.
