We are B2B, so it's a little different that B2C. Within our App: We offer a short welcome tour of the app (which has a pretty impressive finish rate!). From our dashboard, we have an onboarding checklist. When initially setting up things like Chat, Chat Invites, Surveys, Announcements, etc., we have intuitive guides as well as tool tips. Through our support team: We also offer personalized 15-minute onboarding calls to all of our users. Through our drip campaign: We have intuitive onboarding emails sent from a customer support team member with next steps in their onboarding process.

Hey there! Our onboarding is really simple. We have some product tours, a series of emails (based on the user experience). We use Intercom . We try not to be too spammy we give the users the toolbox they need to get started.
