Is there a nocode mobile app builder that creates a location based social network synched with web based profiles (from WordPress and social media)? Most builders are the same social media, news, groups, post sharing basics. Looking for Social Network, not Social Media, and location based.

Adalo might be able to do this. Any ideas @kattrisen @hdkstr ?

@kattrisen @maxwellcdavis I think so, but not 100% sure for this exact use case. Worth trying 🙂 Here are two related examples built with Adalo during our latest cohorts of the No-Code MVP Bootcamp: BeerShout AdrenaLife

@kattrisen @maxwellcdavis @hdkstr use case is localized communities. Àlmost all social network nocode app builders are actually just poor manifestations of blogging with many authors. It's really just sharing news, posting images, having profiles, and connecting. But that neglects two of the major advantages of the Smartphone over a laptop: 1. It's always with you and knows WHERE you are 2. It's your calendar: time and place So how might we easily get a Social Network app that's based more on people's locations or where they will be, than just a poor Facebook? On my phone, I want to connect with all my peers and be able to engage based on proximity or future location. * I'm at this coffee shop now, who's around? * I'll be at that concert tonight, who else do I know who will be? That kind of thing. Now, before anyone goes saying it's difficult, it's not, I just can't code it and I don't want just the app, I want the app FOR existing communities * Take existing community profiles, so your app already has thousands or more in it, rather than starting from zero and people having to sign up. * Use the location feature of the app to make City/home, distance, and location, factors in weighing posts and connection recommendations (is nearby, will be nearby) * Sync calendar to be predictive about it. Calendar knows where and when someone will be. Not everyone will want that. I get that. But that's bias because people are afraid of Facebook or some such knowing that. For existing communities (online NICHE social networks), people want this. So it only works, it does work, because it's a mobile app FOR existing online groups, rather than a stand alone Social app. People who are in a Chamber of Commerce, an Incubator cohort, people in a fan group of a band, etc. People who WANT to meet with more people in person BECAUSE of affinity and location
