Working with an insurance case study right now and I could use some insight. I have no experience with the industry, so any ideas/resources you have please don't hesitate to post them. The client is a medium sized home insurance business. Their strategic goal is to develop new business areas that stretch beyond the core in order to attract new customers and increase retention. 1. What questions would you ask during the introductory meeting to plan the project and kick-off? 2. How would you identify and prioritize the most promising ideas for the client over the next four weeks? 3. What content would you present to the client to identify the one idea that should progress to the next phase? Any other thoughts/considerations you have are also welcome. Thanks!
