The ability to find a developer that's willing to work with you when you know nothing about coding etc.!

In my opinion, soft skills, particularly interpersonal skills, such as empathy and active listening, are often underrated.

@lior_galante_cohen You are right. Empathy is something difficult to learn and almost impossible to teach to adults.

@gabriele_sangrigoli no not really a skill :)  If I were to say one though - the ability to think independently and take actions without direction

I feel like a good sense of humor is one of the most important "skills' you can have. I've noticed many times how my friends, using a good joke, could get out of bad situations or break the ice with the new employer/client/acquaintance
