All you makers out there - designers, coders, marketers, and everyone in between - what would you say is the number one thing to keep in mind when designing a new product?

Be very clear about what problem you're solving. Then, strip out every feature you're dreaming of that doesn't directly help to solve that problem. What's left is what you should build.
