KickIt beta version launch!

Hey all, Just wanted to share a quick story about KickIt and the motivation behind this effort! Several months back I was working on maintaining a mobile application. And we quickly noticed that many of our users were still using a pretty old version of the app. Despite out efforts to get them to download the latest, people were still reluctant to do so. I've heard before of the version management as a way to help mitigate some of the issues that may derive from having users sticking around with very old versions of a given application. Back then I thought about a simple mechanism where the app manager/developer could flag certain versions let the app know that the current version was out-of-date. This is how KickIt was born. I wanted to create a mechanism were developers could let users know that there were other available more recent versions of an app and even more interact with users in different ways!
