Is it still the right time to start learning Crypto, Web 3.0 and NFTs or am I too late?

nothing is right, and it's never late.

thats the same thing as asking when the S&P/NYSE first came out....Never too late to make boatloads of cash....I wouldn't stick to Bitcoin and go after all the smaller tokens, NFT's and other coins to get greater returns. This stuff will be around for a long time.
