As the next step of ShoutOUT (https://getshoutout.com/) we are going to add integrations to the platform. I would like to know your preferred apps integrate with our SMS platform

From my experience, I can say that people want to communicate with businesses via SMS. However, only 7% of businesses use text customer support. SMS is ideal for custะพmer service situations where a customer needs to share an image to describe a problem. This is also great for scenarios where the client wants to remain fairly confidential and avoid waiting on hold for an extended period. But also, do not forget that the client can use uk number for verification https://quackr.io/temporary-numb... instead of his number. And it is unlikely that he will pay attention to your SMS.
