Frequent at the beginning, then a shift to quality.

It depends on which platform. When you create a high-relevant and evergreen topic for YouTube, that one video from 5 years ago can become the main source of your YT income and traffic. So high-quality content is my answer if I needed pick really only one.

Quality over quantity for sure. Create epic content that really helps people and stands out. That's what builds a loyal audience. Rushing to churn out a bunch of mediocre posts won't cut it. Take the time to make each piece 10x better than anything else out there on the topic. And promote the heck out of it. One incredible article beats 10 meh ones every time.

in my opinion High-quality content is the winner for me It's better to make a lasting impact with one great piece like Western Gazette than to flood with frequent but forgettable posts. Quality builds trust and keeps people coming back.

I think I can prioritize quality while trying to boost frequency so I can make high-quality content more frequently as time goes by, but still taking my time when needed.
