If becoming a paid member of a SaaS tool gave you access to deals and savings for other tools, would this encourage you to sign up?
Example, Product Hunt members club, Dribbble pro deals

Not really for me, unless I use it as a hack to get something I want, cheaper.
For example if I need something that costs me $2000 and with a $100 SaaS subscription, I can get it for $1400 then yes I'd just pay $100 to save $500.
If the main value is not your product, in this case people just use it to get to what they want.
