Idea validation: Accelerate development using Cloud build?

What if there was an IDE plugin, which builds the app in the cloud and seamlessly loads the build on your testing device during development? Think Google Cloud Build, but for speeding up the development cycle, not for release builds (for the QA team to test). How big of a problem are build times for you in general? Does it ever bother you — getting distracted while waiting, feeling uncomfortable for wasting time, hating loud laptop fan noise?
