You can get a good start with free/cheap Coursera/Udemy/YouTube courses :) Make sure to check if they are well reviewed or popular and check their descriptions to find something that matches your interest. Besides that I think the best way to learn is by doing, start a small side project where you can practice these skills and a lot of the learnings will make sense much quicker!
