HR folks! After interviewing someone, how do you collect everyone's feedback?

Hello! I'm currently working on RoundUp, which is a Google Meet extension that automatically collects everyone's feedback on a candidate through a popup box inside Google Meet (employees can type in their feedback inside Google Meet, assuming it was an online interview). I'm curious as to how you collect interview reviews at the moment - most HR professionals I've talked to use Google Forms or other HRM tools. What do you use? More importantly, do you find this process a hassle? I heard from many HR managers they always have to chase people to submit reviews, but wasn't sure if this is major pain point. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Thanks!
