Lots of companies struggle to keep their business emails branded. Employees create signatures by themself and often ignore branding rules. How do you manage it and what's your bottleneck?

Before employee start working, team member (brand team represented by HR) approve new signature.

We have created the instruction: with font, size, colour, pic etc.
around once a month office manager checks them. THATS ALL
