How to increase the number of Newsletter members?

I currently have a newsletter called girisimzel.com and it has many members. But I still continue to post. Can you tell us ways to increase this number of members? In fact, I'm not content with that and I'm trying to start a new newsletter specifically for indie hackers. But without being a member it won't do much. I am ready to learn about suggestions, books, blog posts, and videos.

A good way is to create an ebook here on PH and then promote it through your channel. We promote our ebooks through LinkedIn. For people to get the ebook they just have to give us their email. It doesn't have to be an ebook, just something of value that people would give their emails for.

I reached 100 subscribers in 30 days of launch. My strategy was to focus on distributing the newsletter in communities and on Twitter. In the early days, spend 60% distributing and 40% writing. I write a newsletter about lessons from failure for start-up founders: sunsetclub.substack.com
