I have a 3 min. pitch on 11 January for investors. Any advice, ideas? How to make it incredible?

I'm on Google No 2 for pre-seed pitch deck. May be useful https://www.techcelerate.venture... But it was not designed based on such a short time. If I am an investor (I'm not), what would I be interested in? Here goes: - Problem (connect it to you) - Solution (why you are the one to solve it) - Product - Traction to date - Team Pitch me now!
