I haven't met a founder that spends most of their time on product after the early stage. One of my friends running a VC backed startup said her time is divided like below.
60% - Writing emails 📧
30% - Raising money 💸
5% - Giving feedback to his team 🙌
5% - Thinking about the product and high level strategy 🤔

Early on 100%. Then less and less as it grows.
