I often heard more about Google Analytics than Facebook Pixel. Still wondering how difference between those and what I can lean on. Thanks

You need google analytics (GA) for sure.
GA can track all trafic sources and conversion goal you wish to set up.
Facebook pixel is not a full analytics. It is only a tool to help running facebook ads better.
