How is it possible that the remote workers can work in a company with different time slots?

Well, when workers have to share something or work on something together, they create shared documents, notes or whatever with explanations, so that the people who need to read them won't be lost. Then, meetings have to be organized at least once in a while, so you might have to get up at 6 or finish your work day at 20 to have a meeting, but if it's only like once a week, it should not make your life impossible

I think this situation is a plus. Your company can develop 24 hours a day. Trello for setting and tracking the status of tasks. You also need to break the entire plan into boards for each department!
