How do you manage your time juggling between Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, Hacker News?

As a maker, I want to be active in my community to collaborate, learn and make internet friends but there are so many communities and groups like Producthunt (PH), Indiehacker (IH), Hacker News (HN), Reddit, and so on.
So my question is how do you manage your time and energy juggling between these all?

Well I'm still in the learning stage so focusing on PH for now as I won't be launching on here for a while. Once I've figured the value of PH I'll start working on the others too :)
