How do you ensure you lead your team to the goals set for each quarter without losing consistency?
Knowing who you are working with has always been a key for me. Helps me understand the the challenges faced by the individuals in order to address it better. Thoughts?
In my opinion and from little experience, do not lord it over your team. Keep a warm relationship with members of your team on and off work. Show them that you care beyond just work deadlines. Make work fun and enjoyable. No unnecessary micromanaging, it pisses team members off. Your team wants you to trust them to deliver. And maybe offer incentives to your team for steady consistency. That could keep the spirits high.
