How do we track and increase our users' activity 🤔

We recently launched our private beta version. We have activated our Producter (https://producter.co/) tool and other channels to collect feedback. We have embedded Google and Heap analytics tools into our product. I would like to monitor how our product is used by our users. Also, I want to understand what we need to do to take the experience to the next level. Finally, what did you improve and increase the usage rate of users?

Amplitude had a great book about the topic: https://amplitude.com/user-engag... You might also want to add some qualitative analytics tool like Smartlook Qualitative Analytics to your tech stack.
