Founders, what aspect of your product are you going to put your full focus on this year

The new year can often be a great opportunity to reset our focus and rectify a lot of mistakes. It can also help to analyze and identify the most crucial feature, metric or issue with your product, solving which you'll be able to make a substantial leap ahead. Have you made any such plans to put your whole weight behind one main aspect of your product ?

For us, it's functionality. Granted we are incredibly green and it is unreleased, but focusing on the quality of experience and the value achieved in the process, we are willing to sacrifice time away from other aspects if these two pieces can be dialed in correctly early on (obviously they could shift 180 degrees six months later, but it will still be started on the right foot)

@kmkmkm i guess it's almost similar to you Kolton . My aim is to try and make a 100 genuine fans of my products within 2 months (after making it public)... I mean the kind of happy customers who willingly recommend my product because of how it has helped to make their life easier in some way...that goal will hopefully translate into me making my products effective and likeable....and may also let me narrow down the specific features that i need to improve so that the product gives max benefit to the user...
