Collections

With the introduction of Product Hubs earlier this year, we had to reframe how we think about collections and shift from collecting launches to collecting products. The updates we made also make it easier to discover and search for collections based on keywords.

Along with these functional changes, we adjusted the page design, allowing for a brief overview and a preview of the products in the collections on the index page. The cleaner design will allow you to easily see if the collection is curated by our Product Hunt team or someone in the community.

Some new collections we made for you include calendar and to do list apps, apps powered by AI, tools for becoming a pro at SEO, and top-rated no-code tools.

We also featured collections made by some of the experts in our community that we think are really great. These include Chris Messina’s new Mac stack, Amir Ashkenazi’s startup CEO stack, Elizabeth Yin’s worksuite, popular tools for a Product Management Stack from Lenny Rachitsky. Check ‘em out!

Don’t fret - you’ll still be able to collect products from Launch Pages and Product Hubs by clicking the collect icon. Manage your personal collections in your profile to keep track of all your faves. If you’re an expert with a Collection you we should know about, let us know by shooting an email to content@producthunt.co.

Alternatives

Same concept, new look. The thought: let’s optimize these pages to drive more traffic to Product Hubs. If you’re a maker, that’s good news for you, seeing as more people will stumble across your products this way. If you’re looking for alternatives, view the related products section on the sidebar of select Product Hubs.

What’s new: - Added the ability to "collect" directly on the product card - Added a number ranking to each product in the list - Added an option to mark an alternative as helpful - Removed the sidebar noise

Love these new updates! Especially collections.
It seems like only 20 products can be seen on the page of the collection. Is it something it will be improved later? Or is there a different way to see ALL the products in the collection?
And also it can't be seen how many followers a particular collection has. Why is it so? And I'd like to know if it will be changed in the future?
