You are looking in the wrong place, applications are created by companies that deal with IT, and here you need a whole team of specialists, because it concerns cryptocurrency and crypto wallets. Not everyone will be able to make such an application, you need special knowledge in the security of wallets.

I wanted to create applications for myself - simple mining, I was looking for a programmer who would help me with this application, but no matter who I turn to, no one wants to take on this job or they charge such a price that it is easier to learn on your own. Now I am studying myself and I think that in a few months I will become a programmer myself.
