It strikes me as a brilliant concept. In fact, I completely agree with you, and I continue to use a home intercom system to play music that can be linked to your door lock so that guests can remotely enter the door, even if they are in the front door. Be protected by doors, fences or other barriers. You can also get an idea of its quality.
