I'm in the office most of the time, which I missed. We get 4 flex days a month to work wherever we see fit. As a result, you WFH (or the coffee shop or the park or wherever) as you need it. It's a win/win for everyone.

For the first six months, we used the remote format, and it was not bad. But after that, many began to notice a lack of motivation and communication. I am working from home currently for a company called oVice. We provide virtual spaces within in Metaverse for our users to customize and make their own.
