Unfortunately not yet, employer's policy. it's definitely the goal though

Yes, and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made. I spent time in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico, and am going back out for the rest of the year over a few continents to some 'off the beaten path' countries after a quick reset over the holidays. I would never be able to put a price on people I've met, stories I've generated, and general happiness that was increased after doing this. My worldview has increased ten-fold, and problem-solving / communication ability has also skyrocketed, not to mention the wonder and exploration-oriented mindset you wake up with every day. If anyone is in a position to do this/capable of making it happen, I can't recommend it enough
