An increasing amount of SaaS brands are trying to cultivate the engagement of the same user in their stand-alone community.

&

A lack of incentive for users to use the community,
because of different customer processes being
scattered outside the community

While the customer community needs have
changed, the community tools and solutions
haven't.

There's a lot of community-driven projects in NFT world. That's where I try to learn what works and what not. But it's all on discord where my customers are not.

I am interested in building a community around my new startup and I have not still figured it out how.

https://www.habitate.io/ sounds nice but I still think it's a hustle to incentivize people to use anything like this 😕

For now we are probably going to start just with discussions around features directly on github. But if there is something you can share, I'm all ears 😄
