Any tools you use to keep your meetings efficient?

I'm recently having a hard time keeping our team's meeting efficient. It takes a long time, what everyone understood turns out to be different after the meeting, people easily get distracted, and more. Any saas you recommend?

Start with an agenda, write down notes, clarify at points during the meeting what has been discussed and ask if its correct.

@between_team I do have meetings in person with my team too, so not necessarily all-remote meeting.
