How does your product change an existing user behaviour?

Hello! So I realised this week that we're not trying to solve techincal problems, we're trying to solve human ones. The more I talk to users about the way they communicate, the more I realise, their problems are about the way others behave. This forum has rules about how to behave nicely but there is no such guidance in my email client! So, I am trying to think of ways to encourage new behaviours in our application that will have benefits for both the sender and receiever or email. I am super curious to know what kinds of behaviours your products might change and how successful you have been at doing that. It would be awesome to learn what you learned in trying to do this too. For context, here's what I have written on the subject so far: https://plummail.co/blog/changin... Thanks, R
