What's your favorite email management hack?

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to train myself to not open or just delete emails, so going aggressive on blocking tracking so my email opens are not taken as a sign of interest by marketers and sales outreach. In addition to shutting off images, I've recently added Trocker to the mix to more aggressively try and stop the tracking. https://trockerapp.github.io/

I schedule my email time to about 3 or 4 times per day and turned off notifications for its app on my phone. The people who I regularly work with know to text or call me if they need to contact me faster.
