How do you manage all the PDFs and the notes you take with them?

Hey everyone, this has been a personal struggle for a while now. I have a lot of PDFs and I like making notes, annotating them, and keeping them in one place. I attempted using the kindle app on mac for it, but it's just not working out. I am unable to sync the notes and keep them in one place. How do you handle all the PDFs? I use a mac, I would love your recommendations for it.

I use Dropbox(paid) and preview to make notes on the Preview and organize. Dropbox helps surface the highlight and notes that you make using preview. I organize pdfs in topic folders as well so that helps.

@asispanda Oh nice! I haven't used Dropbox in ages. I use Apple Notes for everything. Perhaps it's time I try that again.

Hi, I highly recommend UPDF for Mac(https://updf.com/updf/). UPDF Editor is a versatile and powerful PDF editing solution for macOS, iOS, ipadOS, PC and Android users, it is an all-in-one PDF Editor that supports to read, annotate, edit, sync, convert, encrypt, sign, organize PDFs. And with the UPDF Cloud feature, users can sync PDFs across platforms. You can Highlight, or Underline the text on the PDF, and add comments, sticky notes, stamps, stickers, shapes, and signatures to the PDF.
